Return Process

  Log into your Purse Maison account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the item back in its original designer dust bag and box, ensuring all authenticity cards and protective films are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
